There are various problems demonstrated in that paste, some of which are common on IRC and others which are common in the debian-women subproject, but I don't think it is actually "violence". One thing which would help is rallying DDs to some equality standard which bans "if you are a man, shut up" (better would be "if you are talking too much, quieten down") but this isn't the way to do it. Other than that, stop name-changing and breaking threads if possible.
