Package: xvt Version: 2.1-15 When /bin/sh is the Alquist shell, debuild doesn't work with the source ball.
In order to reproduce: apt-get install ash <tell it to make /bin/sh a link to /bin/dash> apt-get source xvt cd xvt-2.1 sparc32 debuild And fails with: dpkg-buildpackage: host architecture is sparc fakeroot debian/rules clean rm -f debian/install-tree-stamp rm -rf debian/tmp* debian/files* debian/substvars rm -f debian/build-stamp debian/depends-stamp /bin/sh: -E: not found -E make clean /bin/sh: -E: not found make: *** [clean-build] Error 127 debuild: fatal error at line 763: dpkg-buildpackage failed!
