Please bear in mind, just as Paul says so in a reply, collection packages are needed for a good global description, containing a good identifier for every lib inside it. Example, have you ever thought on a RSS Ruby library? Well, it is _inside_ libruby but nothing indicates it (filling a wishlist or minor bug would be a good thing for this, actually), nor short/long descriptions or README file contains a related 'rss' keyword.
