Hello, hey dspam is really cool, so it's a must-have for Debian :)
Tommi Virtanen has already made a package, which has not yet been uploaded. This package doesn't feature PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite support, and maybe need tweaking. They are some people interesting in packaging dspam, and some works to do. I think a good solution would be to create a project on Alioth, so that we can work together to release a package.
