Thanks for the report.  Not sure what the issue is there.  I did do a test
install with a ext3 root and vfat home dir.  It worked fine... perhaps it has
some issue with your partition?  Anything special about it?

And please add seahorse to the package request page on the wiki.  I might try to
do it in the morning.
