Public bug reported:

This bug is quite similar wo what is described in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/34274 but since
this bug was back in 2006 i decided to file a new one for 12.04 Beta.

Here is what happened:
I had a Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2 64bit CD mountet with an Icon on my Desktop and
used it for a Virtualbox install. After the Installation was finished and it
has been ejected as virtual drive in Virtualbox I rightclicked on the Desktop
Icon and selected "eject".
after a few seconds a dialog popped up that is usually shown when I eject a USB
Drive telling me that data needs to be written on the drive to prevent data
loss.

reproduce:
1) use the CD (inside a virtualmachine and unmount it inside the VM)
2) eject it using the context menu from the desktop icon.
