Public bug reported:

It would be nice to be able to use the passwords stored in seahorse in
other password store facilities, e.g. a keepass2 database. Currently the
passwords are "lost" if one wants to switch the password storage
mechanism (e.g. because keepass2 provides better synchronization with
Android phones) in the sense that one has to copy and paste passwords by
hand or write a script to do the transformation based on application
internals and its data format which is too much effort for the average
user.

I'm referring to seahorse 3.10.2 running on Ubuntu 14.04.
