Title:
bluetooth coupling is only possible in certain combinations

Status in gnome-bluetooth package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Initializing a bluetooth coupling on an Android device causes a
notification to be displayed in gnome-shell which doesn't display the
"confirm" or ~"ignore" buttons. When clicking on the notification
(which seems the only intuitive way to make the buttons visible) the
notification disappears and apparently selects to ignore the requests
implicitly. The user has to guess that.

Initializing the coupling from the Ubuntu side works find because the
confirmation has to be performed on the device.
