We could do both things, however, I suppose chances are low somebody
will stumble upon it. For different reasons:
- Unfortunately, IT's search functionality is, ehm, crap. Nobody would
  find the issue, anyway :)

- No matter what title you give it, people who find the problem in, say,
  the Hyperlink dialog will most probably search for a different
  wording, and thus not find it.

- The component isn't really important. I am not sure if anybody really
  limits her searches for components - in my experience, if you search,
  you search all components, anyway.
  Also, there's no other meaning associated with the component.

So, yes, we could do the changes, but it's simply not worth the effort.
As much as I am a nitpicker when it comes to proper data, I'd say we
find more rewarding things to invest our time into :)
