Hi, Every option for a configurable product is a product with price, inventory and so on. So you can do it from catalog manager application. You have to choose the product which represents an option from the configurable product and change its price.
For example if you change the price of product with Id HD250GB_BRAND you will notice that the price of Hard Disk drive options for Configurable PC are also changed. Bilgin
