Hi,

http://jakarta.apache.org/regexp/ is now deprecated in favor of java.util.regexp. We still have jakarta-regex.jar in base/lib. I 
don't see any use of org.apache.regexp and nothing clear from 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/Libraries+Included+in+OFBiz.

Should we keep it?
