Hebrew characters are already supported in Unicode, however it looks as
if the characters you've entered are encoded in ISO-8859-89 (Hebrew,
Visual).  If you are loading existing text, then try importing it as a
raw text file and selecting the above encoding when asked, otherwise you
need to check you locale configuration.
