Yes Imesh, This filed is using to set user passsword.
So *User Story* as follows: *Carbon Super admin will use tenant adding screen to create tenant admin. Super admin needs to set relevant information including tenant admin password. Once Super admin set password he needs to send tenant admin password to appropriate user manually . * IMHO they need to know the characters that they set from the UI. Also need to getit back as original text. If we use masked characters super admin won't be able to copy it back.
