GSoC 2015: "Curve fitting" for stat prediction algorithm of Autoscaler

Hi,
Do we have to find separate curves for  each health stats regarding
memberwise stats ? What do I have to include in the project proposal ? Do I
need to include complete algorithm that I suppose to do?
