Well mostly me being a slacker (I only rebuilt 50+ packages) and hoping to engage some of the rest of the Haskell SIG to help with the rebuilds. But I will try to coordinate better next time and make sure all packages get rebuild in the -ghc tag to avoid any broken deps.
