Hi,
RPM 4.20 broke CPack, which is commonly used by many developers to
produce RPM packages:

The bugzilla bug linked at the top has been resolved. Still the CPack
RPM is still fairly outdated and weird in some places, e.g. defining
BuildRoot in the specfile and overriding various builtin macros. That
implementation needs to be reworked to match modern specfile designs.
