1. That's a problem with UsrMove, not with yum!
2. UsrMove CAN be done online, e.g. with a C program (which won't care if 
you move ld.so under it after it's already in memory), or – with some 
trickery – even in shell. It was an explicit decision to require that 
useless dracut step.
