Just to be clear, the following do not refresh the cache,
at least in my environment which includes squid,
transproxy and squidguard :-)
clicking the refresh button
hitting the F5 key
holding left-shift key and clicking the refresh button
holding right-shift key and clicking the refresh button
holding left-shift key and hitting F5 key
holding right-shift key and hitting F5 key
Any other suggestions or should this become a bug report?
