Does anyone know of a web-based front-end to help create/manage procmail
files?

I recall seeing a program that used a GUI on linux to do this, but could not
find a web-based alternative.

I think this would be a very nice addition to IMP or TWIG or SquirrelMail,
but last I looked was not available.
