Ok,

I just have no clue about UPS and Linux so I thought that there might have
been some 'secret' or other cool feature I was unaware of.  And I might
chose something else - then get annoyed by some stoopid problem and then see
why you chose to use powerstatd!

Just trying to save myself some grief.  :)
