Reboot the server.  When the graphical esmith boot screen shows up (that
allows you to select different kernels) hit ctrl x.  That will give you a
"boot:" prompt.  type: esmith single  When that finishes you will have a
shell prompt.  Type /sbin/chkconfig --level 1234567 ipsec off

Reboot and it should boot fine now.
