True Placido, I have make installed on my system and this will only work for if you do not require gcc for the software. For example, perl-DBI will not compile without gcc.
That said, for the simpler perl modules needed on a system, this is quick and easy, and the perl rpm site does not always have the ones I need or want. In other words, it's handy and quick ;-) Regards, John C. P. As an RPM the compiling tools are not needed, which is best because SME >doesn't come with them. > >Placido Sanchez >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >www.geocities.com/lapsch > -- Please report bugs to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] (only) to discuss security issues Support for registered customers and partners to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives by mail and http://www.mail-archive.com/devinfo%40lists.e-smith.org
