It shows a very simply example for templating the phpmyadmin config file: /opt/administration/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php You can apply the same steps to template any: /opt/sherpath/mytemplatedfile.php Then if you need, you can dive deeper and follow what Charlie has mentioned about events and actions.
