Possibly because we are a Canadian company :-) The translations are in Canadian French and in some cases the translations will be significantly different from a French translation. We left the way open for someone to do a "fr" translation as well as our "fr_CA" translation. > I can not find also the source of the french part of the console ? e-smith-locale-fr_CA contains all of the Canadian French localizations. The console is in server-console.po, which gets installed as /usr/share/local/fr_CA/LC_MESSAGES/server-console.mo You will want to work from the .po file in the source RPM.
