At the risk of sounding like a broken record - _you_ may need a different solution for _your_ charging regime. The current policy works very well for the U.S./Canada but could be improved for other areas. Brandon, could we please move this to _how_ to improve it for your charging regime with constructive suggestions not just "It's erratic" and "We need a better one"?
