Actually, it's not surprising (and please note that my response was
tagged as a rant). The request had nothing to do with development and
was purely a "Why can't you do something for me?" It was from someone
who has been on this list for a long time and knows the guidelines.

And it's not a decision I wish to make. Mitel benefits from devinfo, and
devinfo benefits from Mitel. Nobody benefits from nagging about release 
dates.

The set of source RPMs, including the modified anaconda is all that's
required. I've placed the 5.6 anaconda RPM in my contrib area - it should
be on the FTP site within the hour.
