I've made some more updates to the FCP online documentation mostly from emails I received from michael schierl. To be sure, I haven't tested everything myself as of yet; will begin to in the near future.
I've also updated the FCPtools documentation, and added a quick section on using the bare mininum of fcpputsite. I don't think the rest is too difficult.. try 'fcpputsite --help' first.
