I've also increased maxRequestsPerInterval to 3000. In order to
compensate for the increased number of connections, I've needed to
increase maximumThreads to compensate (to 240 again)

Okay, well I didn't increase maximumThreads.

Here's the stats after 30 minutes:

Current routingTime 388ms
Active pooled jobs 158 (65.833336%)
Available threads 22
Current upstream bandwidth usage 4922 bytes/second (40%)
Current estimated load 65.833336%

It looks like you are getting decreased upstream bw even after only 30 minutes (40% bw usage).

I have the bwlimiter on. One thing I've already notice is that current routingTime frequently spikes over 1000 (although it seem to be getting better now). I'm going to let this run for the next 12 hours (I won't be here to monitor it, unfortunately)

In my case, I also turned off bwlimiter, and after 7 hours, there doesn't appear to be a reduction in outgoing bw. I'll continue to let it run another 10 hours unless I get an out-of-memory error or someone tells me I should switch to a new version.
