General Public:  "You've seen the TV ad for that Easy Button?  I do that."

IT Manager:  "Making your 50,000 lines of code  usable by Normal People"

Marketing:  "I'm the Competitive Edge."

CIO: "What's the main difference between a conventional IT shop and a professional software development house? Me."
