Hi all, Thanks for the discussion so far - there have been some great suggestions, and I''ll put a summary and linkthrough to here on the original post when I next get the chance. Cheers Dave for trying to pull back the discussion a few times - the specific thread was what other non-UX disciplines (i.e. where people are doing research as well as doing) had theories and knowledge we could tap into. (Though someone is welcome to split this thread off!)
