If you're only getting 20% under good conditions, you might want to consider a wired connection instead. If pulling ethernet cable isn't an option, consider a pair of homeplug adapters. They carry the network signal over your household electrical wires. You'll need two adapters: one connected to your router and another connected to your SB.
