Well, now, Good Old Lewy!!! Let's be fair.. :) If speakers don't matter, and if you prefer the smaller laptop, the Macbook is awesome. It, too, can have up to 4GB of ram, and I do not see any differences between a 2.4GB and a 2.1GB processor. For Old Shaney here, a Macbook is the best bang for the buck, no doubt. Now, if speakers do matter to you, and you want the better graphics card, go Pro. I still couldn't justify that much money, though. For me, it's Macbook standard all the way. I'm gonna update the ram, the hard drive, and whatever else I can. Give me a good microphone, a very good pair of headphones, and I have myself a Macbook Pro without actually buying one for all that extra cash.
