Frames not working with VO

  Hey All, if you've a minute, might you try visiting the below  
site?  VO doesn't seem to want to work at all with these frames, and  
the only way I can see links at all, is by using the tab key.  I can  
select all on the page and have that spoken, however I can't seem to  
access any of the page content at all, other than that, including  
activating links etc.  Just as an FYI, I'm using groups mode and have  
tried DOM mode with the same result.
