Hi Chelsea, Bill here. Group, if this has already been addressed,
please pardon me. However, Chelsea, once you've tabbed down to the
message in mail, interact with it by using vo + shift + down-arrow.
Use vo + down-arrow to move to the desired portion you wish to copy,
use vo + return to select, then use vo+ right-arrow to select each
word, when you've finished selecting, use vo+return again to stop
selecting, use command +c to copy to your clipboard what you have just
highlighted. Now enter the document to which you wish to copy this
highlighted text, and paste with command +v. Trust me, despite how I
might have made it sound, after a few times of doing it, it's really
quite simple. Take care.
Cheers: Bill

Hey all,
Is there a way to select text in mail? I have been just selecting
all, and pasting the contents of the message in to Text Edit, then
selecting the needed text that way. But there must be an easier way
that I'm not thinking of.
Thanks for your help,
Chelsea
