With SVN (http://subversion.tigris.org/).
On the command line: svn co http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/django-userlibs/trunk/ some_directory But if you are under Windows, I recommend TortoiseSVN (http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/). In this case create an empty directory, right click on it, chose "checkout" and put http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/django-userlibs/trunk/ in the "URL of the repository".
