I think the problem is from around:

 {% for choice in question.choice_set.all %}
<input type="radio" name="choice" id="choice{{ forloop.counter }}" 
value="{{ choice.id }}" />
<label for="choice{{ forloop.counter }}">{{ choice.choice_text 
}}</label><br />
{% endfor %}

This is because i tested outside the loop and i got the radio button,  but 
the whole idea was to loop through the questions and assign a button for 
the choices.
