I'm not sure if this is a bug or an error on my part. Any ideas will be appreciated. I am able to input the first three lines of this into the database before I get this error message so I'm guessing it's not any special characters nor the line breaks - this is the same with other similar data. Also my MySQL database works fine inputing the data as longtext without using Django.
