As far as I can tell the Web-based Education Commission
<http://www.webcommission.org> is one of the first U.S.
Congressionally created commissions to accept "e-testimony."  The
E-Commerce Advisory group did some similar online efforts to post and
share submitted documents.

This is a great step toward Internet-enabling representative
democracy or in this case Internet enabling the advisory commission
process for representative democracy.

Policy Issues - If you have a specific policy interest, for example,
