Add support to
dspace-api/src/main/java/org/dspace/app/util/SyndicationFeed.java for all RSS
2.0 elements in http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/rss/rss.html#hrelementsOfLtitemgt.
More specifically, I would like to see the following elements available to the
RSS 2.0 feed: item/author, item/category, item/enclosure.
As of DSpace 1.8.1, only a subset are published to the syndication feed -
basically the same fields regardless whether RSS 1.0, 2.0, or Atom 1.0.
Additional documentation for the current state would be helpful. In dspace.cfg,
it is unclear that the examples provided are actually the only elements that
can be included.
