Yes Ron it should be good if the same criteria could be also used with the
P5 operations. No papers no credit.
If P5 was approved without papers why 7O1YGF need
to send any kind of "papers" to be accepted ?? That!s
the point in evidence here as far as I know. Did you or
anybody in this list ever saw any authorization, any licence any papers from
North Korea authorities for any of the
P5 operations ???
