Montenegro will be 336 once it's formalized. He was referring to Kosovo (YU8) as maybe becoming 337, eventually, if they ever achieve self-fule. They're presently part of Serbia.

- I guess you don't mean Bosnia (T9) but Kosovo (YU8). Formally an autonomous province of Serbia, but practically self-governed under supervision of the UN.
