Title:
Charge level isn't updated after going out of suspend

Status in Upower:
  New
Status in “indicator-power” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
On manta (think I saw that on mako and maguro, too), the charge level
in the indicator isn't updated automatically - I needed to unplug/re-
plug the power connection to get a correct reading.

When unsuspending, the indicator says "0%" for charge level, and after
I disconnect the power, it changes to "42%" directly.
