The bluetooth-applet has been replaced by bluetooth-indicator so not a bug here but see #1198539 The indicator-bluetooth 'send file' bug see #1148033 The indicator-bluetooth 'browse files' bug looks new and I saw the same issue however it opened Nautilus once connected to device.
