Open the system menu. What you see: "Log Out...", "Suspend", and "Shut Down..." items. In 2011 we thought it might be a good idea to demote "Restart" to an extra button in the "Shut Down" dialog, but we were wrong. So we moved it back to a top-level item in the system menu.
