well, I do not rembemer using ccsm with this Ubuntu installation that happen in 2013 (you can check in the original bug report). I did play with it in the past, when ccsm and compiz were new, but was like 2009 or 2010 and on different instllation and machine. I actually installed ccsm when you asked for the screenshot. Anyway maybe it is because I just upgrade from release to release since 13.04? BTW, the fix worked, without even restarting anything.
