I would like to help maintain my Mom's PC remotely.
I have one sib that can help.
Is the best setup for us to run a server on my Mom's PC and each of us run clients?
Is there only one piece of software that runs as either Client or Server?
Does the server offer a web page that is available from any browser or is it only available when accessed through the client software?
What additional services are available after purchase of the software as opposed to just using the free version?
