Customer service for EXTOL has been very prompt.  When you call in you get a
live body, many times a support person.  If you don't get a support person,
then you generally receive a call back within a short period of time (within
a couple of hours tops).  They are very good at working through a
problem/issue that you have until satisfactory resolution/understanding.
