Hi Bill,

there are about 32 values listed that are valid for
the CLM05-01(place of service) on a 837P. You can find
a copy of the same at
http://www.hcfa.gov/medicaid/posdata.pdf

That which is specified in the IG is just a list they
provided when the IG was published.
