        Ethically, I'm with you, but you have a number of business choices
to make.

    1) Go off EDI with this Gorilla.
    2) Stop selling to this Gorilla.
    3) Smile, and jack up your prices for the cost of EDI services and add a
"Shipping and Handling" fee.

        You have to do what makes business sense for your company.  If no
one goes EDI to the Gorilla or stops selling to them, only then will they
get the message.
