Vani What you are asking for would be (in my opinion) competitor analysis. You might have to come up with one yourself based on your strengths and weaknesses. If you are looking for major topics that can be used to compare one EDI hosting provider to another - i suggest look at gxs.com/inovis.com/sterling.com and they typically have literature that stacks them against the competition.
